Today we're introducing a new investment management feature that we have been working on for several months now. [Easy 401k - Full Service. ](https://easy401.com/)We feel that this will be a really impactful opportunity to increase the quality of investments in your employer-sponsored retirement accounts.
We will also continue to offer our original [Easy 401k - Self-service](https://easy401.com/pricing/) plan as well. Self-service is a good option for anyone who has a "self-directed" sleeve available in their employer sponsored retirement plan. About 20% of plans currently offer employees the option of choosing their own investments using a self-directed option.
> Easy 401k - Self-service provides quarterly investment signals, that you then implement in your retirement plan.
In the newly released [Easy 401k - Full Service](https://easy401.com/) we will be able to assist with investing your employer-sponsored retirement plan whether you have a self-directed option or not. This would include 401(k), 403(b), 457 plan, TSP, or any other retirement plan. As long as your plan has an online portal we will be able to make investment selections on your behalf.
We understand that for most individuals, your employer-sponsored plan is your largest asset. Which makes it absolutely imperative that the investments in your plan are of the highest quality, operating in the best way possible for you.
Over the years we have often been asked if we could manage investments in retirement plans. We have done this for some clients in a limited way in the past, but we weren't completely happy with the level of service provided. We also felt that as the need for digital security continues to grow, we needed to offer a system that is secure and compliant with SEC and ERISA regulations.
[**Easy 401k - Full-Service**](https://easy401.com/) allows us to meet those needs while also delivering the best possible investment selections inside individual retirement plans. We will:
- Review investment selections quarterly & make any adjustments needed.
- Using the Creekmur Wealth investment [Core & Satellite](https://online.fliphtml5.com/nhubs/oixg/) philosophy we will choose the best options available in your individual retirement plan.
- Coordinate the investment of your employer-sponsored plan with the investment plan of your other accounts we manage.
- This integration will allow our planning team to provide an even higher level of financial planning for investments, taxes, and longer-term retirement plans.
